The service
CertTrack is an operational tracking tool that helps you record employee certifications, licenses and related documents, and reminds you before they expire. CertTrack is not a legal compliance authority: reports and statuses it generates are internal operational aids, not legal certifications of regulatory compliance.
Free trial
New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can use core features (employees, credentials, reminders, dashboard) during the trial. At the end of the trial, continued use of paid-plan features requires an active subscription.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor (Stripe). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Plan limits (employees, credentials, users, storage) are enforced automatically.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for managing access for your organization's members, and for verifying that expiration dates and required credentials meet your own regulatory obligations. CertTrack surfaces the information you provide — it does not independently verify credentials with issuing authorities.
Data ownership
You own the data you upload to CertTrack. We do not sell your data or use it to train any AI/ML model. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for a limited period to allow reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted upon request.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to organization owners by email.
